Notice for group/organization registration

【When you register】

(1) When applying, members’ list will be provided.

(2) When you notify us of holing a meeting, materials issued by the Alumni associations and the University will be provided.

(3) Activities such as in a general meeting can be introduced on the Alumni web site.

(4) Group name will appear in “Alumni association & Group list”.

(5) Information on National alumni Convention will be provided.

(6) On an alumni request, its chairman’s name and/or contact number of the office will be made open.

*Chairperson or the contact person in charge must pay alumni membersip fee.

【Need to register the following items】

(1) Group (Organization) name

(2) Group (Organization) outline

(3) Chairman (or representative)

(4) Contact number of the office (name, address, telephone number, email)
