Notice for group/organization registration
- 【When you register】
- (1) When applying, members’ list will be provided.
- (2) When you notify us of holing a meeting, materials issued by the Alumni associations and the University will be provided.
- (3) Activities such as in a general meeting can be introduced on the Alumni web site.
- (4) Group name will appear in “Alumni association & Group list”.
- (5) Information on National alumni Convention will be provided.
- (6) On an alumni request, its chairman’s name and/or contact number of the office will be made open.
When wishing a group/organization registration, contact Ritsumeikan University Alumni Association
*Chairperson or the contact person in charge must pay alumni membersip fee.

- (1) Group (Organization) name
- (2) Group (Organization) outline
- (3) Chairman (or representative)
- (4) Contact number of the office (name, address, telephone number, email)
